My Bio
Hi my name is Lillian Craddock. I was born in the beautiful Island of Jamaica which bears the same name. I studied Pharmacy and culinary arts lived in Canada for nearly 15 years, in the city of LaSalle. Cooking has always been my passion. When I was a little girl I loved to cook, spending hours in the kitchen with my mother, making a mess but learning delicious traditional Jamaican cuisine using authentic, fresh ingredients and preparing everything from scratch. The passion I developed for cooking I started cooking from the age of 9. Today, I am still that same little girl playing in the kitchen; I like to experiment with different tastes and textures, tingeing from the Jamaican culinary culture to create my own personal recipeHowever, I try to remain faithful to the authentic Jamaican traditions, flavors, and ingredient the pleasure of good food, wine, and company is such that the passage of time is suspended.Since I have been in Canada I have explore some international cuisine, worked in a few Caribbean Restaurants so by then I want to try other cuisine that is went I beside to go back to attend the St Pius Culinary Institution. After I finish school apply for job in the Catherine Booth-hospital to work in the dietary department. I am very passionate about my cooking
